As Chief Customer Officer, Brad Towle is responsible for developing relationships that connect the business to Health Plans, Network Resources, State and Federal Government and other Related Organizations. Brad, who started as a Master’s level Physical Therapist, has built his career working with underserved and often underfunded populations, including Medicare and Medicaid, so he has a passion for helping those in need and working within a tight budget.
During his career, Brad has learned valuable lessons on how to nurture relationships from his leadership experiences. As SVP in the ACO Division of Aetna, he learned about the ACA and the variety of value-based arrangements. As VP in the Government Sector at Healthways, he developed expertise in Medicare Advantage and Managed and State Medicaid. And as Division President for Select Medical, he learned about leadership and working within communities to develop unique programs. He has significant experience working with Health Plans, understanding their internal processes and developing strong partner/vendor relationships.
Over the years, Brad has founded three companies, which included rehabilitation services in the home and nursing centers; website design and development; and health care consulting. He was a key contributor in start-up InSpeech, which later became NovaCare, and ProRehab, which was later purchased by Select Medical.
Brad received an M.S. in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He is a 26-year resident of Tennessee and a father of three. When he isn’t working, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife of 18 years and family on a small farm just north of Nashville.
