As Director of Strategic Relationships & Value Management, Lindsay Lane is responsible for developing new relationships that connect the business to Providers, Health Plans, Network Resources, State and Federal Government and other Related Organizations while ensuring the company is delivering value to our partners. Lindsay, who started in the pharmaceutical industry, has built her career developing an extensive network of relationships with providers and industry leaders, most recently within the Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) space. With a focus on excellence, she meets provider needs with authenticity and extensive disease state knowledge. Lindsay is passionate and dedicated to increasing education and creating more collaboration within the addiction space in way that brings cohesiveness, partnership and increased outcomes for both the client and the patient.
During Lindsay’s career at Orexo, Duramed and Forest Pharmaceuticals, behavioral health was her focus and area of expertise. Lindsay has achieved regional and national recognition with awards that include the 2016 President’s Club Winner, 2015 & 2016 Regional Rep of the Quarter, National Rookie of the Year Nominee, and Forest Pharmaceuticals 4-time Regional Rep of the Quarter Award Winner. Her results have been based on strengths for advancing physician/client relationships to the highest level, concrete knowledge of payer organizations and the provider’s role in health care delivery, and excellent negotiator/communicator skills.
Lindsay received a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She was awarded the role of President of the communication class due to her commitment to academic achievements and ability to present in front of others in a way that was effective as well as thought provoking. Lindsay is a lifelong resident of Tennessee and a mother of two. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and challenging herself within her yoga practice.
